Team History
Here are our team’s results from the 2013 to the 2023 season.
UoL Racing was founded in 2013 as an EV team and has now fully transitioned to an IC entry, made up of more than 50 members. Following several seasons of slow progress, the project underwent a significant revival and expansion over the past couple of years – with changes being implemented at every level from management through to engineering processes. The first of these changes was setting a good foundation – building a team first and car second.

Sustainable Racing
Here is our three-pointed sustainable plan.
As our natural environment rapidly evolves, we recognise that our operating practices must too. This season will be the first in which UoL Racing makes a conscious effort to quantify the environmental impact of our team, with the ultimate aim of empowering carbon offset abilities through future partnerships.
-
Minimise Waste
Making the best use of available resources. Our team members are acutely aware of any wasted materials, tracking usage across the team and seeking resource commonality.
-
Quantify Impact
We’re calculating our carbon footprint to ensure the team appreciates how production and eventing activities contribute towards emissions challenges.
-
Offset Impact
In our search for partnerships, we're seeking collaboration to offset the emissions calculated in our operations. Working towards net zero through carbon stores.
